To avoid swelling and bruising: Do not rub or massage the face for two weeks, Do not open the mouth wide for three to four weeks (avoid dental treatment for two weeks if possible)Avoid direct sunlight and tanning machines, Avoid alcohol and aspirin for seven days, Avoid blood thinning vitamins A,C and E for seven days, Avoid physical exercise for seven days, Avoid heat treatments on the treated areas for ten weeks, Anti-inflammatory medication may be taken after seven days, Avoid temperature extremes
